Cal.com collects: booker name, email address, time zone, scheduled time, and any optional notes the booker provides. Cal.com operates under their published security and privacy standards available at cal.com/privacy.
- Internal customer relationship management (CRM) tools that we develop and maintain
- Industry-standard hosting infrastructure with TLS encryption in transit
We use the Gmail API to assist with drafting professional correspondence on our behalf with the minimum permission scope necessary (compose-only access). Tools we develop request only the specific permissions needed to perform their stated function and do not access, store, or transmit the content of unrelated emails.

- We comply with applicable federal grant program data handling requirements when providing grant writing services
